The stile and rail cutters engagement of the tongue and groove was made deeper to 1/2". A. Makes joints stronger and now it matches the engagement to the shaper cutters. B. Makes figuring door part sizes easier. (1/2" + 1/2"=1")
The Ogee panel cutters require less router power to operate than our traditional horizontal models. They cannot be used with templates to make arched raised panel doors. A tall fence is also needed to help support the vertical run.
