It has been developed for hand sanding of wood, sealers, paints and lacquers. The backing consists of a flexible, impregnated latex paper, ideal for profile sanding. The grain adherence is also extremely good. It has a fine stock removal and the silicon carbide grains provide a unifom scratch pattern. The resin over resin bonding and the separate coating guarantee a long life time. The grits range from 80x to 400x in the non-loading. The lower grit (80x-100x) sheets can be used for many general purpose applications such as, heavy stock removal to light stripping. The higher grits (120x-400x) are generally used for moderate stock removal and between coats of finish.
